PALM VILLA

Palm Villa is a 2 Bedroom private residence set amongst tropical gardens, offering all the luxuries of home. The Villa is enchanting and stylish, furnished with modern ratten furniture and colourful caribbean fabrics. The surrounding private gardens are a delight, especially so in the evening when they are beautifully lit

You will be met upon arrival at the Villa by our friendly Manager Peter. He will help you plan your holiday, advising you what to do on the island to make this a truely memorable vacation.

Lounge/TV Room Cool and airy with triple aspect views of the gardens. There are 2 sofas for relaxing or watching the flat screen TV. The Villa also has Cable, a DVD player, CD player/radio and a small library of DVDs/CDs for our guest's enjoyment. There is a Dining Table with 4 chairs, should you ever feel the need to eat inside. There are also paperbacks and magazines for your use and many interesting Island Guides which are invaluable for a first time visitor to the Island. The telephone for local calls is free to use.

Front Terrace Has a table and 4 chairs and is perfect for taking advantage of the cooling breezes whilst enjoying a lazy breakfast or those early evening 'Sundowners'.

Kitchen A well appointed kitchen incorporating Microwave, Ceramic Hob/Oven, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Food Blender, large Fridge/Freezer and Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer. There is also an ironing board and iron for your convenience.

Bedroom 1 with En-Suite A beautiful double room with 5ft bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside lamps and cabinets. The room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan for your comfort. The en-suite facilities include toilet, wash basin, illuminated mirror and large walk in shower.

Bedroom 2 A twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes, bedside lamp and cabinet. The room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan for your comfort. These beds can be configured as a double if requested.

Family Bathroom The Bathroom facilities include toilet, wash basin, illuminated mirror and large walk in shower. A hairdryer is provided.

Rear Terrace/Gazebo There is a terrace at the rear of the property with covered Gazebo. A table and 4 chairs offers an alternative dining location. There are also 2 sun loungers situated on the lawns.

Cleaning Service The linen is changed weekly. Should you require additional cleaning services during your stay this can be pre-arranged or discussed with our Manager upon arrival. Normal Check-Out is 12pm and Check In is 3pm. Alternate times may be possible and should be arranged with our Manager at the time of booking or upon arrival if he can accommodate you.

Car Parking Many guests will want to hire a car for at least a few days whilst visiting the island. There is ample parking within the property.

Beach Club/Pool This is located 5 mins walk from Palm Villa and guests have free use of the facilities. These include a large pool, sun loungers, shower and toilets and access to the beach.The adjoining Beach House restaurant and bar offers a spectacular location for ocean front dining and drinks.
